Weekly Guidance: June 26th, 2017: Be the source of all you wish for your life

So how was solstice for you??

Those amazing high vibes are going to continue for the week ahead and as we head into the last Super New Moon of 2017. A cold finally caught with me this week, and so I took the hint and took things slow. Dreams and potential have been filtering through for me. While not all of those potentials were things I would necessarily like to see come to pass for myself and my family, this month has been about getting into alignment with what is actually best for us. Considering the things that have been circling in my life and the lives of my family and friends, just about the only thing that's really holding us back from making life change is how we judged that choice in the past. Circumstances might just be shifting to places where we never thought we might go, and it's not all bad. Bad is a judgement we make, not a definite, objective quality.

The 8 of Pentacles came forward this week to remind us that sometimes we need to look at all possible solutions or choices before we will know what is actually best for our situation. Even if that might mean bankruptcy, loss of job or homes, going back to school, or illness. These are life resets, not good or bad. What we do with those circumstances is what will make those choices good or bad for us, we can't know that until we have chosen and began to walk that path. We can faith, and the 8 of pents tells us this, in ourselves, our gut, the feelings behind the dreams we are building, to make the choice that feels good for our long term growth.

The Messenger Oracle card, "Nurture what you love" is a definite indication to follow what feels good. While no one could say they would love losing a home or having to move, there might be some definite upsides that you need to keep your focus on. Is there a better, more aligned location for you to live in? Is there a way to find cheaper rent, so you could save more? Of course, moving here is just one example. But keeping our eye on the prize, like say a more sustainable lifestyle, one that feels like freedom and security, could what you really need and will keep you from getting too down about the details surrounding the changes that don't feel the best. The phrase "look for the silver lining" is more than a cliche, it's how the Universe works when we are manifesting change.

The better and stronger we can reflect the changes we want to see happen, from a soul level, the easier they will manifest in our lives. You can't fake it. You actually need to be able to generate that level of feeling where you are right now. This week could be very supportive of that level of manifestation and change. Spark, from the Enchanted Map deck, and Sarasvarti, from the Goddess Guidance Oracle deck, are all about inspiration, creativity, and expression. Use the arts to explore your feelings this week, re-work your vision board, create an amulet to help to focus on the feelings behind your dreams, write a little ritual for New Moon to help you release what stands in your way from being in the gorgeous energy you want for your life. Neptune is egging our sense of spirituality to go deeper, spirituality and creativity have a wonderful synergy together that could create great strides in what you are look to bring into your life.

What does this mean for the intuitive biz Goddess?

This week should be geared toward things like:

  • Researching programs or classes you would like to save for.
  • Making sure your systems actually support what you are trying to do and meet your ROI standards. Additional automation might be a real task for you this week.
  • Looking ahead, with new thoughts, to rest of the year and into next year.
  • Getting down to the nitty gritty of what you actually need to get clients and run your biz.

As we look toward what clients might need more focus on, you might find they need help around:

  • How to begin a life up-level and how to work dreams into a plan.
  • How to be more accountable and take bigger or more strategic action in their lives.
  • How to get back to spiritual and personal growth.
  • Choice discernment.

Introduction to shifting hard emotions: Emotional Mastery series

There are so many ideas and myths out there about what emotional mastery looks and feels like, that I wanted to take the time to set some things straight. I'm starting with a little of my story. As we go through this series, we'll take a look at why emotional master is so important, what it really means, and how to begin working with your emotions on a whole new level.

In the space of one year my life had almost completely fallen to pieces. I’m not even exaggerating. I spent months on end on the point of breaking. My family was no longer what I thought it was. Forced lifestyle changes killed the business I had had. Court hearings, lawyers, money flying out the door. Then we lost our primary source of income.  I spent months in deep resentment, anger, gnashing my teeth at the world and the various sources of of my angst. I thought I had lost everything, basically, and I didn’t know who I was anymore. Very little got better on it's own with time.

There is a point where I realized all my internal feelings didn’t mean squat. Feeling all those feels so deeply every single time they came up didn’t change anything, or if it did change something, it didn’t change for the better. Acting from that pain place never got me the results I wanted or expected. But I still didn’t know how to heal from it, how to let go, how to find comfort and peace within myself from all that had gone askew. All I really knew was that staying in that active grieving/anger stage was going to kill me and everything I loved right along with it.

I realized that if I had any chance of creating a life I really wanted to stand up for at some point in the future, then I had to start getting a grip. I knew there was no way to simply stop feeling. The more I was able to simply sit still my pain feelings, the more guidance I heard about that feeling. But now I had two conflicting voices in my head. One voice for all the world sounded like “realistic”, if not pessimistic. The other voice sounded like “hope”. I so wanted to resist hope, I didn’t want to set myself for more pain. But I did tell hope, “Maybe. Probably not today, or even this week. But there will be movement on this at some point.”

That "maybe: changed everything. The change wasn’t instant. It wasn’t all healing. But in retrospect, I see is that I was opening the door to deeper guidance. That sense of hope, it wasn’t just another opinion in my mind. It was Divine guidance, an intuitive hit, a precognition of how a potential could play out. I had resisted because I didn’t recognize it as Truth. I thought it was wishful thinking, based on my desire to have everything feel resolved and harmonious again. But it was long-term plan guidance, maybe not today. Things were heading in that direction, maybe not tomorrow, but I have to prepare myself to meet this potential.

I also resisted. I thought accepting the situation as it was, would mean that I accepted an outcome I didn't or wouldn't like. I now see perfectly how that was fear talking smack. That knowledge helps me to see how fear might be talking smack in my present. This isn’t about ignoring your feelings or burying them. It’s about being present with them and knowing that you still need to make choices. It’s about being able to say, “if my anger isn’t getting this situation better, what will? And what do I need in order move through this shit, cuz I want to be flowing, not stuck?”

myths about emotional mastery

Being sensitive doesn’t mean we are meant to suffer. Our emotions aren’t meant to weigh us down or rule our lives. They are sacred. They are guidance. But they aren’t the part of you that has to make the powerful, life-changing decisions you need to make in order to rise and grow.

It’s time to learn how to fierce and sensitive, true to your feelings, yet ready to create change.

As we continue in this series on Emotional mastery, we'll take a deeper look at how our deep feelings are actually the source of strength and personal magick in this life.

What to do when you’re unsure: Spiritual discernment for biz goddesses part 3

Learning a little discernment around your empathic and intuitive signals can go a long way to helping stay in flow and in attunement with your inner biz priestess. In part 2 of this series, we talked all about what it might feel like to get an intuitive "maybe" signal. In this part, part 3, we'll dive a little deeper into what to do when you're maybes are stronger than your yes or no signals.

When you've gotten into a place where you have more "maybe" signals than direct "yes" or "no", the mind kicks in to rebel against being in the position of not knowing the answer.

The mind will tell you that you are:

Blocked Frustrated
Overwhelmed Writer's block
Confused Not clear

And while, yes, it does feel frustrating to be "blocked", those stories about why you can't simply move forward, make a choice, don't help you discern what to do next.

From an energetic perspective, a quandry of "maybe" signals can easily create a situation where we are paralyzed, overcome stagnant energy. The best cure for stagnant energy is to create movement!

The thing is "maybe" is not the problem we think it is. We have a tendency to jump to the conclusion that maybe means "no", simply because it's not an immediate yes. We shrink back because we’ve got some story or excuse about why it’s not an instant go, when we should be making the small choices we are sure about, and looking for patterns in the rest. We need to learn to work our own process for coming to intuitive clarity instead of stopping.

We have be open to potential in order to see it more clearly.  As entrepreneurs we can't afford to be afraid of the bigness of the vision before you, the work it might take, or the depth of the project. It all has to be completed in the moment, piece by piece, word by word. You owe it to yourself to take a step back and get back to being open, because maybe means there is potential waiting for you to more clearly tap into.

Getting many maybe's is actually part of your intuitive process. It doesn't mean your idea sucks, that you are a hack, or that you are worthless because you have no follow through. That state of unsurity only means you have yet to see the bigger picture. While it feels more natural to shrink away from the uncomfortable unknown, we can't shrink in the face of maybe's.  We have grow, grow our vision larger, our idea of who we are and what we are capable of.

Open to potential. Click To Tweet

The biggest tip I stand behind is that of paying attention to your own process. Understanding how you already work your intuitive and creative problems solving process can help you create rituals to keep you flowing.

  • What do you usually do to get clarity?
  • When do your best ideas seem to hit you?
  • What are you doing or even when during the day do your brightest a-ha moments dawn on you?
  • Are there any patterns in this that you can learn to play with to create a more flowing connection to your intuitive guidance?

Weekly Guidance: Oct 3rd: Love in action

Weekly guidance oct 3rd Love in action

On behalf of the Divine and all the guardians and guides, love, this week I ask you to not take things personally!!

This is going to be a week where we will confront a lot of shadow work revolving around our relationships and our self-worth. Depending on what blocks and strange flows you have in your reality and energy system, it might seem like a week of fighting, a week of having your value challenged, or a week where doing your normal routine of getting out there won’t seem enough. This is the Universe trying to send you a message, but it’s not a message about why you deserve to fail. Instead, it’s a message of where you need to apply copious amounts of self-love and compassion. Now that we have that cleared up, I also want to say that what will come up this week is also meant to change our thinking.

I didn’t say to rethink your commitment. We’ve worked really hard over the last two month to hone and clarify what we are committed to. Venus and Mars are going to showing us the areas that need to be brought into alignment so that our commitment to our work and higher purpose can flow even stronger. This isn’t’ a test either. It’s a week where the energies are going to give the direct consequences and result that our thinking is producing. In each moment and exchange, we have the ability to create the reality we want. It’s a matter of changing our thinking around “obstacles”.

This week, we need to heed the internal compass we have been building up over the eclipse season. This internal compass is the vision or sense of how things are supposed to feel. If reality isn’t measuring up to what you envisioned, then it’s time to change your thinking around what you are doing. If you experience this, it’s time to dig a little deeper into our expectations of ourselves and others. Quality of mind and the emotion we put behind our efforts is the real key to our manifestation. We need to be centered enough to hold our center and come from an already incredible place. We cannot wait until something or some time is more perfect. We need to keep our desired feelings in the forefront of our mind and create reality from there. The quality of our thinking defines our success, and this week will provide opportunities to see where we need to change the quality of our thinking. Use your dreams as the reference point for your internal compass.

So if this week, you get feeling a little insecure or worried. Stop. Don’t engage in triggered feelings. Instead get curious about how to shift your quality of mind, because you are most likely in a mental state isn’t going to serve you well.

13 Signs of being Centered

13 signs of being centered

In my  line of work I talk about lot about “the basics” of empathic and intuitive mastery, like grounding, getting centered, and how to thrive without shields. It’s mostly because the deeper I go into these foundations, the more realize that they haven’t bee explained or talked about nearly enough to for us to really “get it”. So many people say the same things over and over about these practices without getting down to what is actually working or how they work it. The more awakened and souled I become, the more these foundational skills just keep giving. I started this series on centering at the beginning of the month to really explore what my soul knows and feels about this one practice. If you are starting with post, you can look at the others here and here!

Here’s some of the ideas we’ve already covered, so everyone can be on the same page!

  • Centering is not quieting your mind, letting the light, grounding into Earth, or collecting your thoughts or energy.
  • Centering is allowing soul back into the physical, creating a safe space and environment in the the physical for Soul to come home to.
  • Nothing is required beyond creating the time and space to make internal peace and quiet that makes body irresistible to soul.
  • The big reason we are uncentered usually revolves around not feeling safe enough, stable enough, worthy enough to accept our own Divinity. We have created separation between soul and physical reality…at least in our minds.

The practice of centering is coming back to the recognition that we are meant to carry the power and wisdom of soul and source connection into our physical reality. We are meant to have that power, sacredness, insight, and level of perception. That power only exists in the moment, and we can tap into it more fully when we are clear. So learning to hear wisdom vs. ego in the moment is a huge part of the process.  That difference was the topic of last week’s blog article, which you can find here! The whole idea  can be summed up like this:

If some thoughts and feelings make you feel bad, afraid, ashamed, worried, then it’s NOT Divine Wisdom and Love.

To be centered is to be open and in moment with Divine Love.

To be centered is to be open and in moment with Divine Love. Click To Tweet

When I first centered fully with Soul, mind, and body in alignment, true, deep alignment, I instantly saw what I  had been doing to myself. I saw how I held myself back, going in silly circles of thought, and that thought had nothing to do with the outside world. It was all internal. And I also saw how wisdom had been guiding me my entire life. I saw the pattern clearly, of how at each little junction point I heard clearly what the answer was. I understood that all those times I chose to feed fear instead of listening deeper I had only been holding myself back. And I saw in all that I was loved and cherished, not because I finally got it right, but because I kept trying, seeking, asking for wisdom. In the past, it had only been my awareness and expectation of what guidance was that kept me from fully recognizing it.

What we usually associate with centering are actually the steps we can take in order to get centered. Quieting the mind does help in the process of inviting soul in because soul likes peace. When we are peaceful within ourselves we can align more quickly. Gathering our thoughts or energy can help for the same reasons, as most of thought is not truly ours. Learning to practice gathering true self, what YOU actually think and feel, can also help toward centering. Meditating can help do those things we just talked about, and so also can be be a good gateway to getting centered. But none of these things in and of themselves are actually centering.

Let’s get back to the practical though, being centered feels like:

  1. I feel powerfully aligned with the tasks I need to do to fulfill my life purpose.
  2. Heart feel open, full of love, even when thinking of a challenge.
  3. I feel empowered and ready, yet fully relaxed, breathing calmly from my belly.
  4. Able to hold or work with more energy than “normal”.
  5. The perfect solution seems possible.
  6. Able to provide self-love and assurance to shift from negative, ego-thinking and limitations.
  7. Easier to consider pushing my boundaries of my comfort zone.
  8. Open sense, no spiraling or cyclical thought, sense of expansion.
  9. Seeing, knowing, sensing the perfectness of the moment or even next step.
  10. Easily able to see the difference between ego thinking and true wisdom.
  11. Able to give self permission to “feel good” even if tired, sore, ill, feeling a little down, dealing with a bout of negativity.
  12. My core has been activated and my actions and love clearly create ripples out into time/space
  13. Sensing my own energy and aura breathing and moving around me.

The 13 signs of being centered

Centering isn’t about make one shift a day or every so often.  Nor is it about hitting each of the 13 points that I experience, all the time or building up to that over time. Centering is a practice of continually coming back to our truest self over and over with each breath and moment. It is the practice that give us the time and space to release all that holds us back from being co-creators, strong and Divine in our own light.  Part of the mastery of this process should be about naming and recognizing how you know you are actually centered in Divine Source and Soul level being.

To help get you started, here are some actions that can help you consistently create that time and space:

  • Making time to be creative, allowing our flows to guide mind and body to create something new and beyond us.
  • Ritual work, so that soul, mind, and body can work in alignment.
  • Dreaming and Daydreaming, allowing soul and wisdom play in potentials.
  • Meditation to quiet the mind and create the peace that Soul adores and wants to fill.
  • Sex or orgasims to fill ourselves with higher vibes and love to attract soul in deeper
  • Actively giving self love to fill ourselves with higher vibes and love to attract soul in deeper
  • Gardening or doing the dishes because these can be meditations to quiet the mind too.
  • Spiritual or self work to see ego’s thinking more clearly
  • Taking a bath or shower because that can be a good time to get really present and release thought.

But the number one thing you need in order to really “get” centered and centering is the willingness to come into the space where you can have the unconditional love that you need, that you have always craved.  That willingness is the key, no matter what physical actions you might be doing.

In the comments below, I hope you will take the chance to explore what might be keeping you from intentionally centering into the state of unconditional love!!

Weekly Guidance: July 18th: Tap into your Destiny

destiny

Destiny is a crazy thing. As humans living in this complex world, we tend to seeking outwardly from us. We look for what direction to move in, what new things to try out, ever seeking what resonates with us. But here’s the kicker. Your destiny is never something “out there” waiting to found and discovered. Your destiny are the very things you dream about, what you crave. It’s always been within you.

Coming into one’s destiny isn’t really about the outward journey, like going back to school, moving, changing your job. Some of things might happen anyway, but living your destiny is about realizing that which has always been part of you. We were all born with very specific dreams and tendencies. No one else has our dream, not exactly. Sure there might be similarities, dream or destiny archetypes, if you will. But the path to bringing those dreams out from within us can never be repeated by another.

Destiny isn’t about who we will be at some point in the future either. It’s about the potential that exists within us in this present moment. Destiny is about accepting that part of us and figuring out how to embrace it, RIGHT NOW. No future destiny can exist without our acceptance of that seed within us in the present.

What is it that is coming forward right now? What have you been putting off, saying “someday I’ll….”? What is that you might be feeling, after all the huge energy shifts of June, it’s getting to the point of do or die??

In those dreams, your destiny seeds, it's time to shed the layers of what is holding you back. Click To Tweet

What can I do with this destiny now?

Use the energy and vision you see for yourself, ask how you can begin mirroring or embodying that energy or vision.

Start making decisions and choices, as if you are already at that stage you see in your dreams or visions.

But the best tip I have, is to keep asking, “What do I need to understand in order to embrace this?”

So, my lovelies, leave that cocoon behind and start spreading your wings!!

Don’t forget to claim the energy and vision you are embracing this week, in the comments below!! Set that intention free, shout it out to the world!!!

Resistance and Intuition: The dance of growth

dance of resistance and guidance

This post about resistance is part of a series about the 4 most common blocks to the staying in the Intuitive State, you can catch up on the whole series here.

In retrospect, I can see so clearly how I created resistance over just about everything that now make me who I am today. From mindset shifts, to lessons about abilities work, to my own worth. I used to say….

That can’t be right!

How could that be?

Maybe in an ideal world.

But I don’t know how to do that?

I’m not sure how that would really help.

That sounds so hard/expensive/drawn out.

I can’t do that.

But that’s not who I am….

But I don’t wanna…..

I resisted because what was being presented to me, or rather my idea of that shift, scared me on some level. Perhaps it made me feel like I was lacking in something that made the shift seem impossible. Maybe I feared the backlash of saying something or choosing to approach the situation a certain way. Over the course of my own path there have been things I’ve known I should be doing, confronting, making my stand on, which I was happy to hold far far away from my daily life. I had hope I could get by without having to go there. It seemed like tango between feeling guided and resisting guidance. One moment both sides of me were all over each other, then next guidance was trying to reel my resistance back into the dance.

Sometimes it seems like there is some grand scheme to make us each confront our resisted truths. But then I learned to sit with my resistance and fear. I learned not to let it run away with me, but to sit and see what it is I am actually feeling fear or lack over. Because of this practice, I no longer believe that the Universe or God are some cold authorities out to test us at every step. The reason it seems like the Universe is out to teach us a lesson  is only because we act out of fear, we psyche ourselves out, and allow ego to talk trash to us to the point where simply aren’t even willing to look at what Soul might have been implying. We are constantly being presented Truths and ways to grow, some trigger our emotions and fear more deeply than others. Sometimes change comes naturally, even welcomed. The only difference from a “hard” lesson and an easy one is our perception of what has to change. Of course, there are somethings that just suck. But that doesn’t mean that we can’t begin to see why it’s needed. We might even see how it was the perfect thing for us, even if it made us a little uncomfortable.

Getting to the point where we can even begin to unravel the stories ego came up with can be tricky. Where I used to see this as never-ending of dance of acceptance and rejection of the present moment, I now see it as a birthing process.  When we are finally in alignment and really know, deep down inside, that we must change, we allow pieces of our intrinsic, already existing, potential self, come into our reality bubble.  We are birthing a more integrated version of ourselves, one has stripped away another layer of shadow. Shadow is the boxes we create when we believe ourselves to be shameful, unworthy, broken. In other words, not already fully part of the light. But let’s just face facts, Ego abhors change. Unless we see from the get go that the change we are considering doesn’t have a downside, we’re going to have to deal with Ego trying to butt it’s head into our soul business.

resistance as labor pains

Maybe we stop dancing because of resistance.

In seeing this process as labor pains, we see that our resistance is a very natural pain, a common experience we share, along a larger journey. A lot of times, Ego will go into contractions over the fact that we are moving out of our comfort zone. Sometimes those are contractions are so intense all we can to do is hold on and breathe our way through it. But once we can recognize that the world isn’t falling to pieces or that something is trying to stop you, all that just happened was a birthing pain, you can more easily reorient yourself along the path.

And as a pregnant mother needs extra care and support, so will you, as you allow more of you soul-self into this world! But once begun and committed to, there really is not way to stop the birthing process. Labor pains are the not reason to stop changing, growing. They are the signal the end of this particular journey is coming to some kind of conclusion. Those bouts of resistance are the sign we were looking to tell us to be diligent so we can finish what we started.

The things we resist the hardest are usually the things we need the most to become more whole. Click To Tweet

The secret relationship between emotional pain and intuition

The secret relationship between pain and intuition

This article, about the relationship between pain and intuition, is part of a series about the main 4 block to intuition and also the Emotional Mastery Series. I took two weeks off during the writing of this series (1st article and 2nd article of the Intuition block series), as I had gone through my own bout of pain, struggle, and anxiety. I bless that period of time now, as it really brought home the point of this series in such a profound way that I feel like a clear, laser-focused, on the deepest truth of this life experience.

Let me start off by saying that I am only speaking of emotional pain. I am not speaking of physical pain from injury, disease, or disorder, I am not doctor in any way, and can only speak from my experiences and insights received as an intuitive. That all being said, what I learned during my break was that pain is the experience we have, and we all share it, that something has been taken away from us or the fear that we will somehow lose something. It is the knee jerk survival mechanism that warns us that way in some way be diminished by an encounter, argument, or situation, perhaps even diminished to the point of injury or death.

While emotional pain is a natural reaction, it is not natural for us to hold on that pain. That holding on to pain puts stress on the body that can ultimately weaken and damage the body. The stress of carrying our pain certainly will begin to effect our daily lives, sleep and eating patterns, and we will continue to decline and feel worse.

Pain, or fear of emotional pain, is the root cause of our emotions and behaviors. Yet it is not the pain, in and of itself, that causes the most disruption and damage in our lives. The point of pain is to lead us back to oneness. Like it’s sibling fear, pain shows us where we need love and more healing. It is ego’s response to pain that is the most disruptive to our lives and healing.

Ego is a natural structure, or maybe function, in our minds and consciousness. It allows us to safely experience and learn about the world around us. When we experience things, even pain, ego seeks to explain the reason we feel it and helps us to figure out if something is harmful or helpful. Being that ego only really deals with physical world issues, it only is half the equation, as we are not only physical beings. So as long we resist coming into our natural intuitive state, embracing and coming into alignment with our multi-dimensional soul, we are only getting about half the story about any experience we have, whether it pain, fear, happiness, or joy. While feelings states like happiness and joy are closer to the vibration and state of intuitive soul connection, even they aren’t fully an expression of soul centeredness. We can feel joy and happiness for all the wrong reasons.

force shame out of hiding, giving our pain the light

The longer we stay entrenched in the day to day living beyond this physical plane, the easier it becomes to accept pain and fear as our very real, very deeply reality. The deeper and more frequently we experience this reality the crazier ego becomes in attempting to figure out the pain and solve it. Of course, when firmly entrenched in the physical world view, we all see how it can make sense. Yet ego’s explanations will never fully account or be able to fully heal our pain because it is just one part of us. And because ego is in overdrive trying to resolve our pain, ego also fails to point out that we aren’t the only one’s in pain. The experience of ego and pain, left unchecked by soul and the intuition state, makes it hard to see that our pain isn’t as personal to us as we would believe.

If fact, in those moments of unchecked fear and pain, we seem to all believe that our pain is so real and painful that no one else could possible understand or have experienced this level of darkness and hurt. We fall under the illusion that we are so deeply flawed and lacking we cannot or should not be part of the world around us, or that there are parts of us that should never see the light of day again…or the light of Divine Love. We create our shadow sides, because we have believed the stories ego has fed us, that our pain makes us ugly and unacceptable…some how different.

But the opposite is more true. We are one in our experience of pain. It is through the realization of Oneness that we experience the healing of our pain. Brene Brown’s work on vulnerability beautifully explains that when we can embrace our pain and begin to become vulnerable, to share our pain experience, that we become healed. From an energy level, it makes complete sense, that being vulnerable and sharing would lead us to our healing and Oneness. When we believe ego, it tells us we are alone, flawed, broken, should not show our pain, we close ourselves off. We try to close off the energy of that wound, sometimes we create divisions within ourselves to keep that wound hidden in shadow. But when we share things, our energy opens back up again and the potential for light and love to reach our deep inner pain is possible again.

Our deeply held wounds and emotional pain, are those places within ourselves that we (or ego) has deemed fit to never see the light, when it is the light (our soul, intuition state, the open flow between us and the world around us) that is the cure to our pain. By denying our soul selves and Divine Love, we only keep ourselves in pain.

The soulful, intuition state is the antidote to our emotional pain. Click To Tweet

Learning to let go and let your feelings flow through you enable you to flow along with emotion, instead of getting bogged down trying to hold on to that state. This practice is easier to learn when your happy, but you can also learn to do it for more depressive thought-feeling states. Emotions will always be part of our experience as humans, and they are sacred messages about our degree of centeredness in the moment, but that doesn’t mean we have to make all decision based on an extreme feeling. Extreme feelings will always pass and fade, which is just one more indication that they aren’t the truth of who you are, nor do they define you!

The top 4 blocks to Intuition

Even after I understood some of intuitive body signals, signs, and so forth…my the process my intuition flows in, I would get all blocked up. It felt like cycle. I would really on target, so in the flow I couldn’t imagine what life had been like when I was in a stuck state. But then I would start feeling off. And, of course, each time it was a little a different, different triggers, points of discomfort. And ever so slowly my flow and my progress would grind to a halt. I see this pattern reflected in so many I talk to and have in my social media circles. Why does it seem like the Divine abandons us to our thoughts and fears just when we need it? What is this pattern all about?

What I didn’t realize then, was that I was fighting myself. I thought and felt so sure that there had to be something wrong with me. It had to be me, why timing never worked out, why I seemed to continually fall off the band wagon of my latest effort, why things always seemed to get so messed  up. There were times where I felt absolutely cursed!

So even though I knew a few things, I knew how to filter what I received, I knew how to hold the energy I needed in the moment, I knew there was a cycle and pattern to what I was experiencing, I even had a sense my greatest block was myself. But I couldn’t understand how to get beyond it until I learned that the true nature of intuition and what it meant for my life, my destiny, and my purpose. So without further ado and discussion I want to take Lindsay-fashioned deep dive into the topic, so we can get the top down skinny on intuition!

4 blocks to intuition

This will begin a series of articles where I want to explore how these four things relate back to being intuitive. But let’s take a step back and take a look at what intuition is.

Intuition is a state of grace where we are soul-centered and in the process of unraveling our (and others) experiences, aiming to align them with Divine Truth. Click To Tweet

I know…..that is so not what you expected. I bet you expected intuition to be something that is given, something all paranormal where you always experience ghosts and spirits, always get psychic hits, or that you are a Divine know-it-all. On the surface, I know it seems that way. But being intuitive isn’t something we become or have gifted to us. Being Intuitive is our natural state of being, it’s our default nature. Being intuitive is not random, hit or miss, or even a blessing. It is our default nature because we are being enmeshed within a greater energy field(s)(the Divine), much like a fish within the ocean waters.  A fish may or may not understand the nature of the ebbs and flows of the deep currents under the surface, but it knows they are they and knows that it can interact with those flows.

For this first section of this series. Really let this new idea of intuition sink in. If we are enmeshed, living in, breathing through this intelligent, living matrix of energy, if we are part of it, and it part and cell a part of us, I ask you,

How can we ever be disconnected from Intuition??
